First of all you have to uninstall Nuance PDF Viewer Plus: go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search Nuance PDF Viewer Plus, right click on it and press uninstall. After this process is complete, search the Nuance PDF Viewer Plus setup on your computer if you have it there, or download it through the application's page at Software Informer and start the installation again.

What do I have to do in order I can copy something using this software?
You have to go to Tool > Standard > Select Tool. Now you can select whatever you want and just right click and copy / paste it wherever you want.
How do I get rid of the black border in the text box? I just want the text, not a box around the text.
You can do this by right click on the border > Properties > and set the Thickness to 0 (zero).
